This notice explains how Gravitas Influencer collects and uses personal information through this website.
Who we are
Gravitas Influencer is a trading name of JM Digital Consultancy Limited, the data controller for information collected on this site. You can reach us about anything in this notice at james@gravitastalent.com.
What we collect
- Details you send through the contact form: your name, email address, brand and message.
- A one way hashed version of your IP address, kept for up to 24 hours, used only to stop spam and repeated automated submissions.
- Standard technical logs kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not track you across other websites.
Why we use it
We use the details you send to reply to your enquiry and, where it leads to work together, to take steps towards a contract with you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers to run this site: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database) and Slack (internal notifications to our team). They process data only on our instructions. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by UK adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to respond and manage any work that follows, and are deleted within 24 months if no ongoing relationship results.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, ask us to restrict or stop using it, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Email james@gravitastalent.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We will update this notice if the way we use information changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
